Uni-footed?

I have two lovebirds and occasionally they stand on one leg instead of two. They balance on one leg and tuck the other one inside their feathers. Why are they doing this?

I was told that they may be trying to warm their feet:cold . Mine does this on occasion.

They do that to regulate thier heat and also when they sleep it's normal.
