tons of free toys and perches

For those forum members who live in hawaii on the island of oahu i have tons of extra toys and guava branch perches i have made (it's a hobby of mine).
Well my girlfriend is getting upset saying they are takeing up to much room and wants me to get rid of some of them also my birds look at me like great yet another bird toy lol
Anyway pm me if you are going to be in or near waikiki and i will give you my cell phone number and meet up with you with a bag of toys.
All my toys are free and clean and never been used, all made from bird safe pieces.

Awww, man! Why did my friends have to move from Honolulu to Las Vegas? I would have had them grab some guava branches from you ;)

Are there any bird clubs or rescues on Oahu? Maybe you could donate some of the toys/perches to them... or even to the parrot displays at the Honolulu Zoo!

If only I had read your post while I was on vacation. I just got back from Hawaii and would have loved to bring back some goodies for my birds. They destroy their toys so fast that I'm always looking for good deals - and free is about as good a deal as it gets!!

heya! i just discovered this area of the forum. I didn't know you could make safe stuff out of guava...hmmm... good to know! Is it just the wood, or are the leaves safe too? When I get a new fid, he's going to be spoiled rotten.

The guava wood, leaves, flowers, and fruit are all fine for lovies just be carefull because your fids may develop a guava addiction (dont know if its the taste or seeds or what), which is ok but guava fruits have lots of natural sugar like most fruits so like everything use in moderation:)
