UK Lovebird Breeders

Hi,

I'm looking for breeders in the UK,

I've searched the net but not doing very well finding anyone in the UK,

maybe as it's the start of the breeding season,

would 'love' lol. to find a hand reared male or female

Id point you in the direction of mine but i dont think they breed lovebirds any more, theyre breeding larger birds now, if you want the link to try just let me know :D

thank you for replying,

the link would be great, it's worth me asking. There's one lady near me that bred lovebirds for years and as I had no interest in them at the time I completely ignored her adverts. Of course, now years later I want a lovebird she's stopped:very_sad: typical. Finding a breeder now is really difficult, I've only managed to find breeders in Wales which is too far:(

Ive heard recently they havent any lovebirds but im not sure if that means theyre not breeding them at all now or have no eggs! Good luck with your search! :D

What kind of bird are you looking for? I have a few violet masked lovebirds, your welcome to have one if you like. I'll be in the UK in about 5 weeks time.

They are now around 7 weeks old at the moment. Were partially handfed from 3 weeks old, not really tame, but they are not really flighty either. I could tame them up in 4-5 weeks.
