Hello everyone,
I have posted at my Quaker parrots forum too, but thought about posting it here too, just in case.....thanks for helping!!!
It's me again Elaine back in January I tried to find new homes for my 4 little guys! I got someone here in the forum Paula (I hope you don't mind Paula) that I gave my 2 Lovebirds too...they are doing wonderful (Thanks to God and Paula).
Bach them I decided to try to keep my 2 Quakers, but now I can’t: explanation below. Lucky my Green Quaker I believe he is around 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old (DNA Male), and Blueberry my Blue Quaker is 3 1/2 years old (DNA Female). They are both very healthy, actively and want lots of attention. I now am living in a Condominium (apt.) and they are so loud!!! I don't know if it is because of Spring time...But people can hear them all the time outside my apt. (My neighbor have a dog and he keep her it a collar so she don't bark , and my birds are making so much noise). If I keep them inside they scream, I keep them outside they scream...not sure how to resolve the problem ... I try as much as I can, but I have a 2 years old in the house too and can't have them so loud like this anymore....Both pairs have being caged together always...so I will not consider separating them. I'm asking for $300 for both (I have their DNA certificate too included).
I would like to keep it local if possible....please help....I'm not in a rush but I need to face that they need someone with more time, attention, experience, space and most important love/forever home where they can be happy. I'm know sad to post here again...but like with the lovebirds I will sure be happy to see they having what they need, which I cannot provide for them right now.
Thanks
Elaine
