My Congo African Grey flew away tonight in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. He was last seen between Victoria road and Windmill rd in Dartmouth, Near the new bridge.

Even though he is clipped, we watched him take altitute for what seems an eternity until he flew out of our sight, in the woods behind the Uhaul (near the new bridge). At the speed he went he can be a lot further by now.

A reward is offered to whoever can help us successfully locate him and get him back.

Please pass this message along to anyone residing in Dartmouth/ halifax area in Nova Scotia who would be able to help us.

I just want my baby back.

Elle,
I'm so sorry to read your message! I've cross posted it on Tailfeathers, The Perch and Up at Six. All 3 are fairly busy communities and have international members.

We received a call at noon from two gentleman who found Rammie. He was found on the other side of the Harbour, roughly 4 km from our house.

He is now safe and sound at home devouring his food.

I want to thank Meaghan (Flip) for your support and your help in speading the word around.

I also want to thank three wonderful people who until last night, we didn't know. This would be Joe, his wife Tina and Ellie who came dound yesterday and today to help up search for Rammie. Their help and support made a world of a difference.

I'm so glad he's safe and sound. I can't believe that he made it all the way across the harbour! That's a long way for a clipped grey.

The bird community in the Halifax Region is incredible. So supportive and caring.

Give Rammi some scritches from me! And Max must be ecstatic!

I think he went far enough. 2.3 miles fromthe house in a straight line (lnger if you drive over because you have to take the bridge.

Thank you everyone for your support. Rammie is currently suffering from seperation anxiety. I am not allowed to get out of his sight for 1 second. That includes going to the bathroom otherwise he starts whimpering. I'm sure he'll get over it ina few days.

Supper time was fun! He ate and ate and ate and ate and ate:rofl:

Meg

Thank you. I was going to hit alll the stores and call every single vet clinic listed in the phone back to let them know they can remove the poster and that Rammie is safe at home.

I thought I would rest today. It's been a very long two days.
