Hi everyone!

It's been a while since i've posted because things have been very busy over here at work! But also, we have a new Lovebird! his name is Bruce and he is a blue masked - so pretty! Pearl (our female peachy) was a bit shocked at first when we brought him home, but now we've had him for a while they're settling in together nicely. He is not hand tame and is afraid of hands, but he is learning and follows Pearl around a lot, which means the occasional landing on heads/ arms/ shoulders which is lovely.

Now, the reason i'm posting is to ask a favour. I'm not sure if anyone else on here is London UK based, but my boyfriend and i are off on holiday at beginning of sept and we need someone to come and help look after them. I have a friend coming for the first week, so we'll need someone from about 8-14 sept. I know this is leaving it a little late... (someone couldn't do it last minute) but i hope someone out there can help us!?

Please get in touch with me if you live in or around London (UK) and think you might be free during that week to come over in the evenings to help out. OR if it's easier we can get them to your house for you to look after there.

i know it's a long shot, but do let me know if you can help!

Thanks very much :)

Jane

hi

thanks for the link Heather (that's so useful to know about!) and thank you Gill for offering, that's very kind, but we've got a couple of friends who are going to come and stay in our house and look after them now (phew)

panic over!
