Hi everyone,
I used to be a member but have not registered since the re-structure.
I am the owner of Fischers, Masks and Peachface Lovebirds. Today 2 new Jade Masks fledged and 3 lime Fischers. I also have king quail that I breed as well as some zeb finches.
And I cant forget tweety the Lutino budgie who flew to my house the day I moved in. She lives inside with us though and the others live in aviaries outside.
Nice to be back and I hope to chat to you soon.
Cheers
Cameron

Thanks for the Welcome back Linda.
Hey Jeremy. Nice to see a familiar person. I have to agree with you about watching them flying for the first time. It still amazes me watching the parents get all concerned. I love watching them fly next to the babies when they try their first flight. Simply amazing.

Hi Cameron....glad to have you here.....I live in Missouri. I have 4 tiels, 4 lovebirds, 4 budgies and 2 zebra finches. Everyone is paired up except for the 2 male finches because the pet store said they were too young to tell the sexes and I'd not done enough homework myself to know better either. I've had to separate one pair of tiels due to feather plucking. My Blue budgies are sitting on eggs, this will be their second time, they abandoned the first clutch of eggs in May. The male, Chico was eating fresh carrots yesterday and I'm so proud of him. The hen, Cupie comes out sometimes and he reassures her and makes her go back in. He will be a good little papa bird. I look forward to hearing about your birds, especially your finches as I am just learning about them.

Hey Cameron, welcome back. I'm from Manitoba, and own two baby Lovebirds which I will be breeding next year. I also have a lutino Budgie who is only a few months old, as well as a nine year old English Budgie. Anyhow, hope to see you around lots.

I will take some pics this weekend. I have decided to bring a Mask inside after all. Last night I brought a Jade Mask inside as she has been handled a lot in the nest. She was happy to sit with me last night and even flew to me from about 5 metres away. I think thats a great start for the first night. Tweety is not too happy about having to share my time now though. lol
So pics will be arriving soon. :0)
