Not bird related but for any animal lovers

Jinx is a 6 yr old thourough bred cross clydesdale mare, she was stolen from her stall, in Newmarket Ontario sometime between 940 pm July 31 and 530 am Aug 1rst. I know many of the members here are from the States, but she is a fairly valuable Jumper mare and whoever took her may want to show her in the states, and also I know there are a few members here from Canada and Ontario, everybody is just trying to get as much exposure as we can, the owner of the horse is a 15 year old boy, who dearly wants his beloved mare back.

Also I apologize if this post breaks any forum rules, I know this forum is supposed to be about our birds, but this is a wonderful group of people and the exposure can only help find her.

Yep, it's a bird forum but I have a feeling that most of us are animal lovers and that includes pets other than lovies. I had horses growing up and like them very much. So glad that Jinx is on her way home! :)

Im very relieved to hear that Jinx found her way home !
I was born in Newmarket and now reside in Cambridge, so anything local is of great interest to me. My daughter has been riding for 3 years so horses have a special place with our family.

If I'm impressed by anything, it's the way that not only the horse community, but many groups of people from all over can band together to help in someones time of need, on the BB that I first found the info about the missing horse, there were over 100 posts most of which from complete strangers, offering help, putting up posters or posting on their homepages, as well as volunteering to call local news stations, local auctions, border officials and anyone else that they could think of to alert, I really am proud to count myself as a member of these kinds of communities, and I know Kyle appreciates all the help and well wishes.
