I've long since accepted the fact that a wing clip will *not* keep my Milo from flying, but I can do without the laps around the living room, you know? So I had to grab him and clip another flight from each side. As you can imagine, that didn't really go over well.

Today he has been a very mean :evil and spiteful little bird. I think he's holding a grudge over the wing clip. He has been running up and biting my fingertips and/or toes when I least expect it. Of course Melody follows him everywhere and copies his every move so then she had to get a few bites in, too, even though she clearly had no idea why she was doing it. I had a little talk about how it's not nice to be so mean to momma and how he has to be a big boy for Melody and show her how to be nice. I don't think it sunk in.

*sigh* Tomorrow is another day. Perhaps I will be forgiven by then. :roll

Sorry Jennifer, I can't help but laugh a bit over Melody playing follow the leader. I can just picture it in my head. Milo running up to bite you, and sweet little Mel watching her role model and following suit with a little, "Yeah, I can do that to" attitude :lol

Oh well, he'll probably get over in the next couple of days. Untill then watch your digits :wink

You know, I think it's a survival reaction for some birds. They can't fly to get away as they would like to, so they go on the defensive. It should pass in a day or so.

But that is funny about Melly playing follow the leader. :evil
