I am new to this site and love what I have seen so far (namely Biters Not So Anonymous for the reassurance that I am not alone with sore fingers).

My guys are fiance, Bryan and blue masked LB, Cooper. We live in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Bryan may think that I love Cooper more than him but they both have my heart and have no reason to be jealous of eachother. There is nothing wrong with spoiling those you love, I will just have to buy Bryan a treat when I get Cooper yet another toy, etc so he won't complain. :D

Welcome to the board. I am so glad that you and Cooper found us. I will look forward to seeing you around the board, and please, post of some pics of Cooper in the photo forum when you get a chance.

I think a few of us can relate to the jealousy thing a bit. I know my fids probably get more attention, and I know they eat better. Whole heartedly I agree. Spoiled they should all be :)

My husband has accused me of favouritism on more than one occasion... "You love that bird more than you love me!" ;)

but then I have to point out that Friday wouldn't be so jealous of him if that were the case :lol

Hi Bronwyn.....Welcome from Missouri....I have 2 lovebirds, Sara and Jake, 4 tiels, and 4 parakeets. I've had my parakeets for a couple of years and recently acquired everyone else in the last 4 weeks. And I want a pair of zebra finches for my bday. I have two teenagers, well one teen and one adult next month when he turns 20, a dog, a cat and a wonderful hubby. This is a wonderfully caring board.....enjoy!

Hi Bronwyn!!! i live in Abbotsford with my 13 loves and 5 babies, as well as 3 budgies and 2 teils, 2 guinea pigs and a rabbit, twin daughters age 9 and a two year old son...no room for a hubby!!!!

You guys certainly are friendly! I can relate to the addictive quality of these little monsters (oh did I type that...I mean little angels :wink: ). I am already thinking about how I can sneak more bird cages into the apartment.

I will have to scan some pics and get them up very soon.
