I try to "bird proof" my home as much as possible. I don't have anything in my house that I would cry over if it got destroyed. My kids are pretty destructive on their own so I don't really worry about the birds. They are my easy pets. Someone else brought out the point that our birds help us live healthier lives because really if it's bad for them it's bad for us, so did I really need it? Or am I better off without it? So I had to do some mental adjusting and this thought ...
I don't journal so when I ramble on in my blog posts it is because I am trying to keep track of all my training progress and baby bird growth. It's for my personal benefit. Chupa always flies over to the playpen and eats their Avi Cakes to show them how it's done. The babies have been nibbling and tasting the food. Nef today pulled herself up to the top of the box and was hanging on for dear life once she got there. It shocked me when I saw what she did and how quickly. She is getting strong and ...
