I get Christmas gifts all year long for Goofy lovebird. I think we call them "why wait for Christmas" gifts. . I am getting a bit of an obsession with them though. Thank you Eliza and Beetle for providing all those wonderful links . I do like the "Choppers toys" one that offers all the parts. Been looking for that for quite some time. Maybe if we make our own I won't go out and buy a bunch more of them. But then again Christmas is coming . I have to go out and get him something! ...............Michael and Goofy

    Glad to help, Michael!

I don't know if Beetle liked toys as much as I liked buying them! I just went through his boxes and had at least a two dozen toys that he never got to use! OK, it was closer to 4 dozen when you include perches and swings... And I found a few dozen quick links that I saved from destroyed shredders and such. Ummm... yeah. I'm a shop-a-holic!

I always have grand ideas to make my own toys but I am lazy and am easily frustrated, so it's just easier to buy them. To be honest, some of the best toys that I've seen have been the ones that people make on their own. Plus it's kind of fun to do so, esp. when you see your lovie enjoying a specially-made toy
