I just picked this lovebird charm up at Juicy Couture when a friend showed me a picture of it.

Hmmm. There's been some interesting jewelry circulating around symbolic of the love for whatever species of pets poeple have as companions. Fishes, dogs, cats, and of course parrots , my favorite! I'd love to get my daughter something as I know she loves parrots too and may eventually get a pair if her schedule allows for them. I'll have to be careful though as she's not a big fan of jewelry and such and may insist I return it for something more "useful" ......Say..have you checked out this website our flock admin Elle found a little while back? http://www.parrotjewelry.com/index.html This could add to the dilemma of having to make the right choice .

i loveee the handmade parrot jewelry. I need a necklace with a macaw, an amazon, a lovie and a parrotlet all cuddling together happily. Because that friendly gathering won't happen in my house it might as well happen on the necklace. Seriously though, they are absolutely stunning. great that they are unique and can be custom made for your parrot. and the baby crystal lovies are too adorable. my grandmother has a beautiful big glass cockatoo that she bought in venezuela, the look of the crystal lovies remind me of that.
