Hi,

At the start of the year I made a post about my progress with my 2 parent raised lovebirds Rudy and Harley. I've had them since December 10th and have made steady progress. They are off course used to my general presence and will watch what I'm doing with my phone and reply to my whistles but when I stand close they fly up to the top perch they do not react when I'm sat next to them on the sofa and the female will even let me put my fingers really close to her through the bars her cagemate will observe than slowly back away. I am regularly putting my fingers through the bars and I think I'm ready for the next step. My problem is how they fly away when I stand near, but when sat I have no issues. I do not really know what to do from here and any taming advise would be much appreciated

Thanks In advance,
Matt
