This news really sucks. More often than not I gift people with gift cards, especially now that you can find Amex or Visa gift cards at nearly every convenience, drug or grocery store. It makes gift giving so much easier for me... I may just resort to ordering the Visa gift cards through my bank now, assuming the put the proper fraud prodedures in place. That or maybe I'll just have to start shopping...
